Shipping

We are pleased to provide you with 3 delivery options within the Continental United States: Overnight, Third-Day and Ground shipping. All shipping charges are calculated by total product weight ad destination location. Orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may have different requirements. Please contact our customer service for details regarding these services.

For shipping outside of the United States, please contact our customer service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes.

  • Shipping to Multiple Addresses - The Great Texas Lantern Company offers the convenience of shipping items to more than one address on a single order. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, you will receive a confirmation email for each shipment. Shipping charges apply to each individual address and is based on the method chosen and the total of products being shipped to that specific location.

RETURns

  • Refunds- We will send you an email notification once your returned item(s) are received. Please allow 21-days for the review of your order, inspection of the product(s) and processing of your request. Either a store credit will be issued, or refund will be applied to your credit card in which the original purchase was made. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure full credit. We will not accept COD’s or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.

  • Exchanges- If your order is damaged, or defective, we are pleased to replace your item promptly, when presented up to 1-year of purchase. Please contact our customer service team.

  • Gifts- If an item was purchased, received as a gift and you want to return it, we are pleased to provide a store credit to be applied towards a future purchase at The Great Texas Lantern Company. If the purchase was made within a 30-day period, we can provide a refund which will be applied to the original credit card in which the purchase was made.

POLICIES-

Our goal is that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us by email: christine@greattexaslanternco.com.

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure full credit. We will not accept COD’s or third-party billing for returned merchandise. All COD packages will be refused.

  • We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.

  • I the event an item is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.

WARRANTIES-

At the Great Texas Lantern Company, our primary focus is quality. We guarantee that every product we sell will stand up to the supreme test – our customers’ satisfaction.

90-day Guarantee

Our 90-day Guarantee allows you to test our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, simply return it within 90 days and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Processing fees). After that time, if your product is defective, we will be happy to replace it for you up to one-year from purchase.
